2026年亞太經合組織（APEC）財政部長會將於本月在香港特區舉行，令世界目光聚焦香港。
The APEC Finance Ministerial Meeting 2026 will be held in the Hong Kong SAR this month, drawing the world's attention to Hong Kong.
香港金融發展局董事會主席洪丕正接受香港文匯報訪問時表示，今次會議意義重大，也是難得的機遇，期望透過是次會議彰顯香港作為國際金融中心的定位，並掌握全球資金流和資本再配置的主導權，「在當前複雜的地緣政治環境下，香港在資金流和資本再配置的過程中，應該扮演更重要的角色。」
Benjamin Hung, Chairman of the FSDC Board of Directors, said in an interview with Wen Wei Po that this meeting is of great significance and is also a rare opportunity. He hopes that through this meeting, Hong Kong's positioning as an international financial center will be highlighted, and that Hong Kong will grasp the initiative in global capital flows and reallocation. "Under the current complex geopolitical environment, Hong Kong should play a more important role in the process of capital flows and capital reallocation."
他又指，APEC作為平台可帶來眾多商機，對香港有很大幫助。
He also noted that APEC, as a platform, can bring numerous business opportunities and is of great help to Hong Kong.
洪丕正指出，受到地緣政治影響，不論是貿易、供應鏈，還是資金流、資產配置都在重新調整。
Hung pointed out that, affected by geopolitics, whether in trade, supply chains, or capital flows and asset allocation, everything is being readjusted.
他認為在資金流與資產配置重組的過程中，香港應擔當更主導的角色，協助全球貿易或資金流進行重組配置，「以前世界奉行自由貿易，單邊主義並不盛行，但在當今地緣政治下出現重組的現象，我期望香港在這個過程中取得更大的主導權。」
He believes that in the process of restructuring capital flows and asset allocation, Hong Kong should take on a more leading role and assist in the restructuring and reallocation of global trade or capital flows.
"In the past, the world pursued free trade, and unilateralism was not prevalent, but under today's geopolitics, restructuring has emerged. I hope Hong Kong can gain greater initiative in this process."
「過去數年全球很多國家對香港存在不同程度的誤解與不了解，他們對香港的認知並非基於自己的觀察和感受。」
"Over the past few years, many countries around the world have had varying degrees of misunderstanding and lack of understanding of Hong Kong. Their perception of Hong Kong is not based on their own observations and feelings."
洪丕正說，特區政府和金發局已做了大量宣傳工作，透過不同渠道和平台對外交流，「我自己曾去歐美、東南亞等地，與當地政府部門、監管及商業機構進行解說，講述香港現況和定位，其間發現很多人對香港的情況一知半解。」
Hung said that the SAR government and the FSDC have already done a great deal of publicity work, communicating externally through different channels and platforms. "I myself have been to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other places, explaining to local government departments, regulatory and commercial institutions, and describing Hong Kong's current situation and positioning. During this time, I found that plenty of people have only a partial understanding of Hong Kong's situation."
這次APEC會議，正好讓他們親自來港感受，透過與不同人士的交流，讓他們更認識今日香港的環境、蓬勃發展及活躍程度。
This APEC meeting will allow them to come to Hong Kong in person to experience it, and through exchanges with different people, let them better understand today's Hong Kong environment, its vigorous development and its level of activity.

小提醒：
rare除了指「罕見」，在烹飪中可指牛排「三分熟」（rare steak），在科學中可指「稀薄氣體」；注意與scarce（短缺、供不應求）區分：rare強調「稀少而珍貴」，scarce強調「不足、匱乏」。
reallocation常與resources、funding、budget、manpower等搭配，是公共政策和企業管理的高頻詞。
prevalent常與among、in搭配，近義詞有widespread、common，但prevalent更強調「在某時某地盛行」。
partial understanding中的partial意為「部分的」，而非「偏袒的」；注意與impartial（公正的）區分。此片語常用於學術寫作中，指出研究或認知的局限性。
